The 17th SALAM Lecture Series is being organised by the Institute of Policy Studies of Sri Lanka (IPS). The lecture will be held online on 21st March 2024, from 3.00 PM - 4.30 PM (IST). The Lecture will be delivered by Mr. Shantha Kulasekara (Head of Office / Senior Program Manager) IOM Sri Lanka and Maldives. The topic for the Lecture is “Migration Flows and Border Controls to Enhance the Benefits of Inward and Outward Migration: Lessons from Sri Lanka and Maldives"
