Police on Tuesday arrested the director general of NCF Employment Services Devi Prasad Kafle on charge of fraud. According to police, Kafle created a fake email address in the name of one Abu Dhabi-based OBG Security LLC and cheated over Rs 2.98 million from a number of aspiring migrant workers. Kafle, a temporary resident of New Baneshwor, was arrested by the Central Investigation Bureau. He has been sent to custody of Kathmandu Metropolitan Police Range Hanumandhoka.
