The brief discusses the situation of work of Nepali migrant workers in terms of their experiences and challenges related to wage and employment contracts, as well as their occupational safety and health at work in the destination country. It is based on data gathered by PNCC during the registration of grievances by migrant workers at the organisation, comprising a total of 15,340 cases since 2014.
